The Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore is a state-of-the-art two-berth cruise terminal that accommodates large international cruise liners. It is one of the largest – and most uniquely designed – cruise terminals in Asia. Situated at the southern tip of central Singapore, the cruise terminal is conveniently located near some of Singapore’s main attractions as well as the airport. We worked with MBCCS to create an enhanced cruise centre companion app to allow arriving and departing passengers the ease of exploring their options at the terminal.
2359 worked closely with MBCCS to revamp their app for a more enjoyable cruising experience, allowing passengers to have ease of access to cruise information, wayfinding and ancillary services at their fingertips.
2359 revamped the existing mobile app for marina bay cruise centre with additional new features – connection to the terminal’s free WIFI, loyalty program, e-Commerce, targeted marketing, personalisation as well as attractions for tourists to explore.
Users can purchase merchandise, access DriveCruise and Cruisefly services via the app and collect their purchase upon arrival at the terminal. The E-Wallet feature also makes it easier for users to access their purchases for points collection and redemption. Tourists can utilise the Explore SG feature to learn about Singapore attractions and what to do there. With the integration with a real-time Queue system, users who are arriving and departing Singapore will be notified of the estimated waiting time needed to embark and disembark.
With the traveller-essential MBCCS companion app, passengers can now explore cruise information, wayfinding and ancillary services to make their crusing experience a breeze.
