ION Orchard invited 2359 to re-imagine a world-class mall web and app from the ground up. Backed with data from user interview and analytics, we conducted a comprehensive UX & UI overhaul for a fresh new user experience.
SOLUTION
The revamped system empowers ION Orchard to better attract and engage new visitors and loyal members alike, equipping its digital teams with valuable behavioral insights and analytics.
The app is integrated with a personalised news feed and marketing on deals and events, all customised based on user preferences. A loyalty reward point system has also been incorporated where points are collected and accumulated by scanning of receipts. Additional perks and features such as member privileges, ION Sky ticket purchases, and car park bookings are also available in the app.
Aside from providing a great technological experience for shoppers, the ION Orchard app allows for the streamlining and digitising of processes for operational teams. Marketing teams are empowered with the latest tools to engage, experiment, and ensure the efficacy of different marketing campaigns and strategies, and management can easily access reports, analytics, and measure the ROI of different efforts through the app.
