As a NodeJS developer in 2359, your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. The developer is expected to work closely with project managers, web designers, mobile and web developers, and QA engineers to ship features on projects.
The ideal candidate is an analytical problem solver who can make good assumptions and search for solutions proactively.
You've at least 3 to 5 years of server programming experience,especially in a related field or industry, are preferred.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience in working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis or MongoDB
Good understanding of REST
Experience in deploying applications to cloud services such as AWS or Azure
Experience in optimizing server performance
Logical thinking with natural problem solving skills
Work with project managers to translate features into stories
Work with front end developers to define APIs
Architect and lead large-scale backend development work
